Tablets India Limited (TIL) is one of the leading manufacturers of various types of Pharmaceutical and nutraceutical formulations. The vital therapeutic range includes nutritional supplements, haematinics, hepatoprotectives, novel antipyretic, a unique G.I. Lavage preparation, Anti-Ulcerant, Osteoporotic Formula, Respiratory Medicine, etc. Tablets (India) Ltd has entered into the Probiotic segment with the introduction of a novel and specific probiotic for GI health and more recently has in its fold, a unique probiotic product for women health.

The Company’s business is operated through five Business Divisions namely, Domestic Health Care formulations business, the Tilcare Division, Animal Health Division (TIL Biosciences), OTC Division and the Overseas Division catering to International markets.

Tablets (India) Ltd has license agreements with the erstwhile Japanese Multinational Roussel Morishita Co. Ltd., (Since 1971) which are now transferred to the World leaders in amino acids - Ajinomoto Co. Inc., JAPAN, to manufacture and market life saving Amino acids formulations in India. These agreements have given the Company the pre-eminent position of being the pioneers in Amino Acid therapy in India.

Besides, the Company has also an arrangement with F. Hoffmann La Roche, Switzerland (Since 1991) for manufacturing and marketing certain life saving products in Anaesthesiology & Gastroenterology.

For a novel Antigastritic and direct ulcer healing agent the company has an exclusive collaboration with M/s. Kotobuki Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Japan (Since 1999).

Tablets (India) Ltd has entered into an exclusive agreement with M/s. TOA Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Japan for a unique probiotic product.

Tablets (India) Limited has recently also entered into an exclusive license agreement in India with an European major, Chr. Hansen A/S, Denmark (2005) for manufacturing and marketing of a unique Probiotic product for women's uro-genital Health.

TIL is also the proud recipient of UDYOG RATTAN AWARD from the President of India, Further, it was honored with “THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARD” presented by Union Ministry of Health, Government of India, in recognition of the efforts in the field of health care.

TIL is also a founding member of Indian Society of Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition shortly known as ISPEN, formed in India, under the auspices of American Society of Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN).

TIL has a marketing strength of 500 field personnel covering over 1,00,000 doctors across the country and its product range meets the therapeutic needs of various specialists.

TIL also has a wide Distribution Network comprising of own Depots, C & F and CADs in all the State capitals of the country with 1000 stock points covering 1,50,000 retailers.
