Dosage:
Severe infections, nosocomial infections, pre and post operative
states
Indications:
Adults : 2-4 g per day IV or IM 12 hrs. max.:8 g / day
Children : 40-80 mg / kg/day in 2-4 equally divided doses
max : 160 mg/1 kg /day
